What we do.

Five dimensions of need, one integrated approach.

Business IT cannot be expressed as a simple service list.

What you really need depends on parallel requirements: communication, processes, technology and regulation.

We treat them as one operating system.

Service model

One core. Five dimensions. One operation.

Select an area for details and examples.

Audit & Design

Current state, target architecture, interfaces and effort estimate before implementation starts.

Communication

Inbound requests, internal coordination and outbound follow-up are structured around clear responsibilities.

Routine & Processes

Recurring operational work is automated or prepared with controlled human approval where needed.

Interfaces & Tools

Focused mobile, web and role-specific tools help teams work faster without unnecessary complexity.

Integration & Migration

Existing ERP, CRM, mail and specialist systems are connected, modernized or migrated with traceable handover.

Security & Sovereignty

German hosting, open-source components where sensible, granular permissions and auditable processing.

Operations & Development

After go-live, monitoring, updates, reviews and measured improvement continue with clear response times.

How we work

Three phases, one continuous arc.

Design

Understand what already exists. Define the target state. Estimate the effort.

Implementation

Build, integrate and migrate with clear scope and acceptance-ready milestones.

Operations & Development

After go-live, we stay. Monitoring, updates and iterative improvement continue.

Beyond that

These are our focus areas. They are not the full range.

When you bring a task that is not listed here explicitly, we evaluate whether it fits. Our range is broad:

  • Modernization of existing custom software
  • Code takeovers and remediation
  • Websites and mobile apps
  • Security audits and penetration tests
  • Training for your employees
  • Architecture reviews as a second opinion
  • Migration from legacy systems

What we do not build: short-lived gimmicks, campaign-only marketing work, or solutions that cannot be maintained.

How we bill

No fixed prices — just honest orientation.

No two projects are the same. The final price is shaped by:

  • Number of users and roles to be represented
  • Number of connected systems and interfaces
  • Volume of communication, calls, emails and requests
  • Current state of your systems
  • Branding, multi-tenant and compliance requirements
  • Protection needs and operating response times

Orientation values

Quick-Setup

starting at €2,750

Single-Project

starting at €7,700

SME

starting at €17,500

Complex

individual

All prices are net amounts plus VAT where applicable. Where your project lands depends on several factors: active users, volume of incoming requests, number of connected systems, workflow complexity, and compliance requirements. We figure out what fits in the design phase. For business customers in the EU outside Germany, reverse-charge applies.

What you actually get.

  • End-to-end accountability. You speak with the person who has the technical depth to understand your need — and the network to deliver it.

  • Open-source stack. Hosting in Germany, no US-cloud lock-in, no new vendor dependencies.

  • Our own module ecosystem. Over 70 productive modules, tuned for the DACH SME market. You pay for implementation, not licences.

  • Audit & design as method. Structured technical groundwork, no workshop theatre. You know what you'll get before we build.

  • Quarterly reviews on real data. After go-live, we stay. We look at usage data together and evolve the system.

  • Uncompromising software quality. Tooltips on every button. Undo on every action. Sensible error suggestions. Full admin panel.

Extensions to existing setups

If you already use our software, small adjustments are often realistic from €1,000.

A concrete offer follows after the conversation and a short current-state review.

Let's talk.

Wherever you currently stand, we listen, assess honestly whether we fit, and come back with an initial view.
